Reviews and Ratings
Our family had a wonderful week at Magic Natura! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making everyone feel welcome. The dining options were impressive, with a wide variety of choices that kept things fresh and exciting. While the pool area might feel a bit crowded at times, having access to both the zoo and water park was a huge plus. However, the hilly terrain can make walking around a struggle, and the mini bar was not restocked as expected.
We had a wonderful family vacation at Magic Natura! The combination of a well-kept lodge, a fantastic on-site water park, and the zoo made for a fun-filled week. The dining options were plentiful, but some of the food at the water park could use improvement. Overall, it’s a great place for families, though the entertainment could be a bit more enjoyable for adults.
Our stay at Magic Natura was fantastic, with plenty to keep the whole family entertained. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, and the food options were extensive and tasty. Access to the zoo and water park is a major plus, making the experience truly memorable. However, be prepared for some steep walks around the property, and the nighttime entertainment left a bit to be desired.
We just returned from our holiday and had a blast, especially enjoying the great access to the water park and zoo. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The cleaning of the lodges was commendable, but the noise from neighboring lodges was bothersome. While the area is attractive for families, the steep hills made getting around challenging, especially with little ones in tow.
We had an amazing family holiday at Magic Natura, enjoying the excellent service and enjoyable amenities. The lodges were modern and well-kept, although a bit noisy at times. Access to the zoo and water park was a real highlight, making it great for kids. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, especially regarding mealtime restrictions.
I had an incredible time at this resort! The staff was outstanding, and the food was a delightful surprise with so many options. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the lodges and the onsite amenities, especially the water park and zoo. However, we experienced longer wait times at check-in and the dining area could get really crowded during peak hours.
We had a fantastic holiday at Magic Natura! The staff were super helpful and the food options were impressive, especially for our kids. The clean and spacious lodges made our stay very comfortable. However, the evening entertainment could use some improvement and the pool area was a bit on the smaller side.
We just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Magic Natura! The all-inclusive package is an amazing value for money, especially with access to both the zoo and water park. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which really enhanced our stay. However, the main pool was on the smaller side and could get quite crowded, and the air conditioning in our lodge wasn’t sufficient at times. Overall, a delightful experience!
We had a fantastic family holiday at Magic Natura! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The access to the zoo and water park was a huge plus, and the food options were varied and delicious, although a little more variety on the European side would have been ideal. The only drawbacks were the noise levels from the entertainment and the cleaning product smell in our lodge, which wasn't pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!
Magic Natura has a fantastic range of amenities and activities that cater especially well to families, making it a fun destination overall. The staff are attentive and create a welcoming atmosphere, though the location can be tricky due to the hilly terrain. The food options are diverse and plentiful, but some of the entertainment could use improvement. Overall, it offers great value with its all-inclusive package, though some operational issues are still being ironed out as it's a new resort.
