Our family had a wonderful week at Magic Natura! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making everyone feel welcome. The dining options were impressive, with a wide variety of choices that kept things fresh and exciting. While the pool area might feel a bit crowded at times, having access to both the zoo and water park was a huge plus. However, the hilly terrain can make walking around a struggle, and the mini bar was not restocked as expected.

The dining options were plentiful, but some of the food at the water park could use improvement. Overall, it’s a great place for families, though the entertainment could be a bit more enjoyable for adults.

We just returned from our holiday and had a blast, especially enjoying the great access to the water park and zoo. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The cleaning of the lodges was commendable, but the noise from neighboring lodges was bothersome. While the area is attractive for families, the steep hills made getting around challenging, especially with little ones in tow.

The access to the zoo and water park was a huge plus, and the food options were varied and delicious, although a little more variety on the European side would have been ideal. The only drawbacks were the noise levels from the entertainment and the cleaning product smell in our lodge, which wasn't pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!
